Dj Ste Mc Gee started djing in 1985 doing several bars and clubs in the Liverpool area. This continued for quite a while till the very early 1990’s when Ste was given his first big break by Lee Butler and Mark Simon to guest DJ at the now iconic “Monsterjam 2” (A huge monthly event held at The State Nightclub in Liverpool City Centre). From then on Ste became well known in Liverpool and the surrounding areas working in such places as The Garage Club, Rio’s, The 051, The Buzz Club and many guest spots in Blackpool, Wrexham and Wigan Pier. Mainly renowned for playing Old School Classics and Italian House Ste also has a passion for anything funky and melodic, with his personal favourite of Euphoric Trance a must to hunt down for and listen to one of these very powerful mixes. Ste has many remixers/producers he admires over the years, notably Brothers In Rhythm, Jimmy Gomez, Pete Bones and more recently The Freemasons, Moto Blanco and Whelan and Discala.
